Biography
Oh Jin Yong Derek is a composer residing in Finland and is currently under the mentorship of Tapio Tuomela in the Sibelius Academy. In his teenage years, he started to gain interest in composition and began under the guidance of Singaporean composer, Zechariah Goh Toh Chai in 2014. He has also worked with musicians from various countries and sought to incorporate elements of ethnic or folk music into his compositions.
