Stefan Aprodu

Biography

Stefan Aprodu is an extremely talented musician, whose skills are not limited to his stage performances as an awarded and well known violinist, but also as a promising composer and also conductor. 

This year, Stefan Aprodu graduates both Dinu Lipatti High School in Bucharest (majoring Violin with professor Magdalena Ursu), and also Dondolo Russo Private Musikkhogskole in Norway at Dåsele Vådår Sevaidå class.

He is a very promising violinist with more than 50 national and international prizes, but as a promising young composer he was awarded 1st Prize at Julius Röntgen International Music Composition, 2nd Prize at 8th Annual Youth Composition Competition, and the 1st Prize at Alexandru Zirra Composition Competition and also Ion Dumitrescu Composition Competition.

Stefan Aprodu founded in 2019 "Dinu Lipatti Youth Orchestra" and as a conductor he already performed several times in the music festivals in Romania.
